Generating Batch Files

A batch file is a specifically formatted text file containing information about your bank account, documents to be paid, and buyers bank accounts requisites, as well as some special information required by a particular bank.

To view the list of batches, select Commerce Director - Bank Transfers - Batches.

The list of batches displays the following:

Note: By default, the list of batches shows only not processed (in the New status) and being processed (in the Waiting for bank response or Processing bank response status) batches. Deleted and Completed batches are hidden. To view hidden batches, please select the needed batch status from the Status menu next to the Search bar and click the Go button.

To generate a batch file:

  1. Select a New or Waiting for bank response batch by clicking on its ID or creation date.
  2. Select the Summary tab from a batch properties that appear.
  3. Generate a batch:

    A batch file will be generated in a few seconds and you will be offered to save it. We recommend that you save all the batch files on your local computer or somewhere else in a safe place.
