StableMixedVolume -- optional input for computation of the stable mixed volume

Description

Put StableMixedVolume=>true as an argument in the function mixedVolume to count solutions in affine space.

Functions with optional argument named StableMixedVolume:

mixedVolume(...,StableMixedVolume=>...) -- optional input for computation of the stable mixed volume
