Getting the Problem ID

Each serious problem (i.e., failed system tasks) gets the unique problem ID.

What is the problem ID? This is the unique alphanumeric identifier assigned automatically to the failed task.

To get the problem ID:

  1. Click Action Log on the left menu. The list of all system actions being performed within Parallels Business Automation - Standard appears on the screen.
  2. Find the failed action you want to consider. If needed, filter the list down to the particular action type, define the timeframe or use the Search option.
  3. Problem IDs looks like: Look problem # p2005-07-05_14-29-27 for details. Copy the ID after # and submit it to the Problem Viewer to know the problem details.
